Is a sister concern of RFIC Solutions Inc., fabless RFIC design house based in San Jose USA.  Since its inception in 2005,the organization has grown from a modest beginning of 7 employees to a strong team of 40 (more than 70 % of which are engineers). The design team has been working to provide low cost solutions to RFIC; Analog and Mixed Signal Design requirements of our customers using various technologies like GaAs, SiGe CMOS/ BiCMOS and other processes. S.M.Wireless was started at Nagpur in 2005 with a focus exclusively on RF modules & systems.
