VED NASSCOM IT/ITES CONFERENCE 2012
Carrying the vision of the Vidarbha Economic Development Council (VED) into the future in the IT sector saw the successful organising of two land-mark events for promoting the IT/ITeS sector in the city namely- "Opportunity Nagpur" in2004 & "Destination Nagpur" in 2006. It is with great pleasure that VED now announces its third conference- 'Nagpur Calling..." a one-day conference on IT & ITeS on 24th Feb 2012, in association with NASSCOM, jointly supported by MADC & VASE. Why this conference? The focus is on showcasing Nagpur as one of the best possible locations for setting up of IT/ ITeS facilities. Nagpur is perhaps the only location that offers excellent connectivity and ready infrastructure when companies look at setting up their units in the shortest possible time. To boot, Nagpur has excellent broad-band connectivity, uninterrupted power-supply, a massive talent pool from a good number of engineering graduates, good roads, no pollution, salubrious climate and all-weather airport., low crime-rate, comfortable living and topping it all, generally low cost of living, as compared to other cities, all of which are attractive incentives.
